Plain English, no surprises.
Effective July 23, 2026
Proclamate exists to serve parishes — communities built on trust. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website at proclamate.com and our interactive demo at proclamate.app.
What we collect
This website collects one thing: the email address you choose to give us when you join the waitlist. That's it. We don't require an account, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use analytics that identify you personally.
The demo at proclamate.app is populated entirely with fictional sample data. Nothing you click, type, or "send" in the demo is collected, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
How we use your email
We use your waitlist email for exactly one purpose: to contact you about early access to Proclamate for your parish. We will never sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. No spam — one email when your parish's spot is ready.
Services that help us run this site
Like most websites, we rely on a few infrastructure providers, each of which may process standard technical data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering the site:
- Vercel hosts this website and the demo.
- FormSubmit delivers your waitlist submission to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page.
We chose providers with strong security practices, and all connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until early access rolls out, or until you ask us to remove yours — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Want your email removed from the waitlist, or a copy of what we hold about you (spoiler: it's your email address)? Write to info@proclamate.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Children
This website is intended for parish staff, volunteers, and leaders. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Looking ahead
When the Proclamate platform launches for pilot parishes, it will carry its own privacy commitments — built on the same principles you see in our product today: hashed identifiers for giving insights, aggregate-only attendance counts, and data that belongs to your parish, not to us. Pilot parishes will receive full data-protection terms before anything goes live.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
